my smartphone outlook app requires IMAP username and IMAPpassword which I have no idea what this is … similarly for the outgoing email server. Do you know what these IDs and passwords might be please ?

Following instructions on screen but continually failing to log in - Edison email app.. Message says "your username or password is incorrect". Also something about .... if you have a two step set up needs to be app specific password which I don't understand.
