Android guide to setup Talk Talk mail

1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.

If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.

2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':

Email: your Talk Talk email address
Password: your Talk Talk email password

3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':

imap server: mail.talktalk.net
Security type: ssl
Port: 993

4 Your account is now ready to use.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

until a week ago I was getting all my emails into my Samsung phone. I was told to delete the account and reset up. I am now getting a message cannot connect to server. what do I do

I have tried to set up the email account on my Samsung phone but it does not work. I get the message "cannot connect to server". Is there a problem. I was receiving and sending from my phone until a week ago.

Hi, I have an iphone 6 and my email account for talk talk was not working meaning I could not send emails. I have tried deleting the account hoping it will work but now I can not add it again. Please help me add it on my mail app on Iphone!!!

When trying to set up a new email address I am told that my password is incorrect . Would my password be the same for mansie@talktalk and Mail.talktalk.net?
