5 years agoI am not able to receive or send my emails on my new Ipad pro 11 but can receive them on my old IPAD can you help?
5 years agoI have switched to Sky Broadband. My email address is name.freeserve.co.uk I can receive emails but cannot send. I've changed various things but I'm going round in circles. Probably an easy fix but would appreciate some help. Thanks Ian.

8 years agoWe have had no emails into our synced Freeserve account via outlook since 28th Oct. Does anyone else know what is happening?
8 years agoFor two days, following a windows update, I am unable to send using my Freeserve accounts, receiving OK. changed o/g set up from smpt.freeserve.net port 587 to smpt.orange.net port 25 but still cannot send?
